The cinnamic acid -4- hydroxylase detection kit adopts the fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of C4H by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of p-coumaric acid at the excitation wavelength of 335nm/emission wavelength of /390nm. The kit contains L- phenylalanine substrate, NADPH cofactor and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase coupling system, which can monitor the hydroxylation process of cinnamic acid in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.0008 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of phenylpropane metabolism in plant tissue samples and provides a reliable tool for flavonoid biosynthesis and plant stress resistance mechanism analysis.
