The ferrous oxidase detection kit adopts the principle of Fe3⁺rene-S colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of HP by detecting the characteristic absorption peak generation rate of Fe at the wavelength of 593nm. The kit contains ferrous sulfate substrate, Ferene-S chromogenic reagent and acetic acid buffer system, which can specifically monitor the transformation process of Fe oxidation to Fe. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of iron metabolism in serum and cell culture samples and provides a reliable tool for the diagnosis of hemochromatosis and iron metabolism disorders.
