The phytic acid content detection kit adopts the principle of molybdenum blue colorimetry, and indirectly and accurately quantifies phytic acid content by detecting the absorbance decrease value of the complex formed by phytic acid and trivalent iron ions at the wavelength of 500nm. The kit contains ferric chloride chromogenic reagent, ammonium molybdate reagent and sulfosalicylic acid precipitant, which can effectively eliminate the interference of inorganic phosphoric acid. The detection range is 0.01-1.00 mg/g, which is suitable for the analysis of anti-nutritional factors of grain and oil crops samples and provides standardized solutions for food nutrition evaluation and feed formula optimization.
