The monoamine oxidase detection kit adopts the fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of MAO by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of p-benzylaldehyde at the excitation wavelength of 315nm/emission wavelength of /380nm. The kit contains tyramine substrate, phosphate buffer system and aldehyde dehydrogenase coupling system, which can specifically detect the hydrogen peroxide generation process. The detection sensitivity is 0.0005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of neurotransmitter metabolism in brain tissue and liver samples and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of depression and neurodegenerative diseases.
