Dehydrogenase detection kit adopts TTC reduction principle, and accurately quantifies the metabolic activity of microbial population by monitoring the amount of reduction products produced by 2,3,5- triphenyltetrazole chloride at the wavelength of 485nm. The kit contains TTC substrate, glucose substrate and phosphate buffer system, which can specifically detect the electron flux transmitted by cytochrome system. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 od/g h, which is suitable for the biological activity evaluation of environmental microorganisms and soil samples, and provides a reliable tool for ecotoxicology and bioremediation research.
