The laccase detection kit adopts the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and accurately quantifies the enzymatic activity of laccase by monitoring the oxidation product formation rate of ABTS at the wavelength of 420nm. The kit contains ABTS substrate, acetic acid buffer system and redox medium, which can specifically detect the single electron oxidation process of hydroquinone substrate. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/mL, which is suitable for lignin degradation of white rot fungi fermentation broth and industrial enzyme preparation samples, and provides a reliable tool for biological bleaching and dye degradation process development.
