The phytase detection kit adopts the principle of molybdenum blue colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of phytase by detecting the absorbance appreciation of inorganic phosphoric acid at 700nm wavelength. The kit contains sodium phytate substrate, ammonium molybdate chromogenic agent and citric acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of phosphate bond in phytic acid molecules. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of phosphorus metabolism in feed and microbial fermentation samples, and provides a reliable tool for the development of feed additives and the analysis of phosphorus utilization efficiency of plants.
