The manganese peroxidase detection kit adopts the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of Mnp by monitoring the formation rate of Mn3+- tartrate complex at the wavelength of 238nm. The kit contains manganese lactate substrate, hydrogen peroxide initiator and tartaric acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the catalytic process of Mn+oxidation to Mn+. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for lignin degradation of white rot fungi fermentation broth and bioremediation samples, and provides a reliable tool for papermaking wastewater treatment and environmental pollution control.
