The lignin peroxidase detection kit adopts the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of Lip by monitoring the oxidation product formation rate of veratrol at the wavelength of 310nm. The kit contains resveratrol substrate, hydrogen peroxide initiator and succinic acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the breaking process of Cα-Cβ bond of phenylpropane unit. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/mL, which is suitable for the lignin decomposition research of white rot fungi fermentation broth and biodegradable samples, and provides a reliable tool for the development of biological pulping and industrial wastewater treatment process.
