The lignin content detection kit adopts the principle of acetyl bromide method, and realizes accurate quantification at the wavelength of 280nm through the color reaction generated by the specific cleavage of lignin phenylpropane unit by acetyl bromide at 70℃. The kit contains acetyl bromide reagent, acetic acid buffer and standard, which can effectively distinguish the interference between cellulose and hemicellulose. The detection range is 1-100 mg/g, which is suitable for the analysis of cell wall components of wood, straw and other plant tissues, and provides a standardized detection scheme for lignocellulosic biomass research and papermaking process optimization.
