The kit contains acetyl-CoA, ATP, sodium bicarbonate substrate system and coupled citrate synthase and malate dehydrogenase, which can track the formation process of malonyl-CoA in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of fatty acid synthesis in liver and adipose tissue and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of metabolic syndrome and diabetes mechanism.
