The detection kit for free fatty acid content in plant tissues adopts the principle of enzymatic colorimetry, and specifically detects the content of non-esterified fatty acids in plant samples at the wavelength of 546nm through the coupling reaction system of acyl-CoA synthetase and acyl-CoA oxidase. The kit contains optimized extract, ATP, coenzyme A and stable chromogenic agent, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced is quantified by Trinder reaction. The detection range is 0.005-1.500 μmol/g, which is suitable for the study of lipid metabolism in plant tissues such as seeds and leaves, and provides a standardized detection scheme for the quality analysis of oil crops and the study of plant stress resistance mechanism.
