The free fatty acid content detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme colorimetry, and through the coupling reaction system of acyl-CoA synthetase and acyl-CoA oxidase, the content of non-esterified fatty acids in various biological samples is specifically detected at the wavelength of 546nm. The kit contains ATP, coenzyme A, horseradish peroxidase and stable chromogenic reagent, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced is quantified by Trinder reaction. The detection range is 0.01-2.00 mmol/L, which is suitable for various sample types such as serum, tissue homogenate, microbial culture and cell lysate, and provides a standardized detection scheme for metabolic syndrome and energy metabolism research.
