Acyltransferase detection kit adopts the principle of spectrophotometry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of AAT by monitoring the color intensity change of coenzyme A-SH at the wavelength of 412nm. The kit contains acyl donor, acyl acceptor and Ellman's reagent, which can specifically detect the amount of free coenzyme A produced during acyl transfer. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of acyl metabolism in liver and microbial samples and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of drug metabolism and detoxification mechanism.
