The lipase detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of LPS by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of 4- methyl umbelliferone at the excitation wavelength of 360nm/emission wavelength of /450nm. The kit contains triolein analogue DGGR substrate, cholate emulsifier and specific reaction buffer system, which can monitor the fatty acid hydrolysis process in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for microbial fermentation broth and pancreatic function evaluation samples, and provides a reliable tool for industrial enzyme preparation development and digestive system disease diagnosis.
