pGreenII 0800-p53-LUC Vector

pGreenII 0800-p53-LUC is constructed based on pGreenII 0800-Luc, containing LUC (luciferase) gene driven by the p53 promoter, paired with the internal reference gene Rluc. It is often used with pGreenII 2-SK-53AD as a positive control vector for the dual luciferase reporter gene system, used to verify the normal operation of the entire dual luciferase reporter system.
