The vector incorporates modules including CP (Tobacco Mosaic Virus), eTnpBc, reRNA4PDS, HDV, and trRNA16e, making it suitable for in planta gene editing. It eliminates the need for Agrobacterium transformation and regeneration, offering simplified operation that saves time and effort.
