pBinGFP2 is a plant expression vector derived from pBin19 and carries the GFP (green fluorescent protein) gene. It can be used to transform plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, allowing the target gene to be expressed either as a fusion with GFP or GFP alone, facilitating the observation of protein localization and expression patterns under a fluorescence microscope. It is suitable for plant gene function studies and subcellular localization analysis of proteins.
