pHT315 Vector

pHT315 is an expression vector for Gram-positive bacteria such as Bacillus subtilis. It contains strong promoters (e.g., P43) to drive efficient expression of foreign genes and carries an erythromycin resistance gene for selection. Its replicon can stably replicate in Bacillus, and the multiple cloning sites facilitate the insertion of target fragments. It is suitable for recombinant protein expression and gene function studies in Bacillus and is a commonly used tool in molecular biology experiments with Gram-positive bacteria.
