The triglyceride content detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme colorimetry, and specifically detects the triglyceride content in serum at the wavelength of 546nm through the coupling reaction system of lipoprotein esterase-glycerol kinase-glycerol phosphate oxidase. The kit contains microbial lipoprotein esterase, glycerol kinase, glycerol phosphate oxidase and stable chromogenic reagent, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced is quantified by Trinder reaction. The detection range is 0.05-10.00 mmol/L, which is suitable for automatic biochemical analyzer and provides a standardized detection scheme for hyperlipidemia diagnosis and metabolic syndrome research.
