Phospholipase D detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of PLD by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of NBD-C6 at the excitation wavelength of 460nm/emission wavelength of /534nm. The kit contains 1- palmitoyl -2-(6-NBD- hexanoyl) -sn- glycerol -3- phosphocholine substrate, phosphatidylinositol activator and specific reaction buffer system, which can monitor the production process of phosphatidic acid in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.0006 U/mL, which is suitable for cell signal transduction and membrane trafficking research samples, and provides a reliable tool for cell proliferation and tumor mechanism analysis.
