Phospholipase C detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of PLC by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of NBD-C6 at the excitation wavelength of 460nm/emission wavelength of /534nm. The kit contains 1- palmitoyl -2-(6-NBD- hexanoyl) -sn- glycerol -3- phosphoinositide substrate, calcium ion activator and specific reaction buffer system, which can monitor the hydrolysis process of phosphodiester bond in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.0008 U/mL, which is suitable for cell membrane extracts and signal transduction research samples, and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of neurotransmitter release and cell regulation mechanism.
