Phospholipase A2 detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of PLA2 by detecting the change of fluorescence intensity of NBD-C6 at the excitation wavelength of 460nm/emission wavelength of /534nm. The kit contains 1- palmitoyl -2-(6-NBD- hexanoyl) -sn- glycerol -3- phosphocholine substrate, calcium ion activator and specific reaction buffer system, which can monitor the hydrolysis process of sn-2 fatty acid in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.0005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of inflammatory mediators in cell culture supernatant and biological body fluid samples, and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of acute pancreatitis and atherosclerosis.
