The liver esterase detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of HL by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of 4- methyl umbelliferone at the excitation wavelength of 360nm/emission wavelength of /450nm. The kit contains triolein analogue DGGR substrate, high salt buffer system and specific inhibitor, which can effectively distinguish HL from lipoprotein esterase activity. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of lipid metabolism in liver homogenate and plasma samples, and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of atherosclerosis and fatty liver diseases.
