Designed for sucrose, hexose and other carbohydrate transporters, based on yeast heterologous complementation. It includes multiple carbohydrate-deficient strains, universal vectors and substrate mediums. Strains can't absorb sugar independently due to lack of endogenous transporters. After gene transformation, active proteins mediate sugar uptake for strain growth, eliminating other sugar interference, suitable for transporter verification, gene screening and specificity research.
