The lipoprotein esterase detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescent substrate method, and accurately quantifies the enzyme activity of LPL by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of 4- methyl umbelliferone at the excitation wavelength of 360nm/emission wavelength of /450nm. The kit contains triglyceride analogue DGGR substrate, heparin and specific reaction buffer system, which can effectively distinguish the activity of LPL from hepatic esterase. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of lipoprotein metabolism in plasma and tissue homogenate samples and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis.
