pGR106 is a plant viral expression vector based on Potato virus X (PVX), commonly used for heterologous protein expression in plants and virus-host interaction studies. It contains a multiple cloning site for convenient insertion of target genes and can be inoculated into plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, efficiently expressing foreign proteins using the viral replication mechanism. It is suitable for Solanaceae plants such as tobacco and widely used in protein function analysis and virological research.
