The serum low density lipoprotein detection kit adopts the principle of selective precipitation combined with enzyme colorimetry. After LDL is precipitated by polyethylene sulfuric acid, the non-LDL cholesterol in the supernatant is specifically detected by cholesterol oxidase-peroxidase coupling reaction, and the LDL-C content is indirectly calculated. The kit contains specific precipitant, enzyme working solution and stable chromogenic agent, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced is quantified by Trinder reaction at the wavelength of 546nm. The detection range is 0.10-10.00 mmol/L, which is suitable for automatic biochemical analyzer and provides standardized detection scheme for cardiovascular disease risk assessment and blood lipid metabolism research.
