GW-mCherry belongs to the Gateway recombinant cloning system vector, carrying the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene. It contains att recombination sites, which can quickly construct fusion expression vectors through LR recombination reactions, without the need for enzyme cutting and ligation. The mCherry fluorescence is stable and bright, which is convenient for tracking the target protein localization.
