pDR196-AtSUC2 Vector 

pDR196-AtSUC2 is constructed based on the pDR196 vector backbone, carrying the Arabidopsis thaliana sucrose transporter gene AtSUC2. The vector contains yeast promoters and terminators to regulate AtSUC2 expression, suitable for heterologous expression of AtSUC2 in sucrose transport-deficient yeast mutants, and analysis of its transport activity through functional complementation experiments. It is widely used in functional verification, substrate specificity and regulatory mechanism research of plant sucrose transporters.
