pCAMBIA1303-TrpC-Hygro-gpdA-GFP is modified based on the pCAMBIA1303 vector backbone, containing a dual-promoter system: the TrpC promoter drives the expression of the hygromycin resistance gene (Hygro), and the strong gpdA promoter regulates the expression of the GFP green fluorescent protein gene. The vector has both screening marker and fluorescent tracing functions, with multiple cloning sites facilitating the insertion of target genes, and can be transformed into plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. It is suitable for studies on gene expression regulation, protein localization analysis in plant cells, and visual screening of transformed cells.
