pS-sg:GFP is a crRNA specific expression vector in the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system, carrying the crRNA sequence the target gene. The vector contains the U6 promoter to drive the transcription of crRNA, guiding the Cas9 protein to specifically cut the target gene. It is suitable for geneout experiments, verifying the efficiency of Cas9 editing, or studying the function of the target gene by disrupting the expression of the target gene, and is applied in cell biology and editing specific research.
