The vector contains the 35S promoter to drive Cas9 expression, which can be guided by sgRNA to specifically cut the target DNA, triggering the DNA repair to achieve gene knockout or targeted mutation. It is suitable for gene function research and related exploration of gene editing in dicotyledonous plants.
