Glycogen phosphorylase A detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of GPa by monitoring the absorbance rising rate of NADPH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains glycogen substrate, phosphorylation reaction system and coupled phosphoglucomutase and glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, and can specifically detect the activity of phosphorylase A without adding AMP. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of glycogen metabolism regulation in muscle tissue and liver samples and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of diabetes and energy metabolism diseases.
