pSEVA241 Vector
pSEVA241 is one of the standardized vectors in the SEVA (Standard European Vector Architecture) series, featuring a broad-host-range replicon (such as oriV derived from RK2 replicon) that enables stable replication in various Gram-negative bacteria. The vector contains a modular multiple cloning site for easy insertion of foreign genes and carries a tetracycline resistance gene as a selection marker. It is suitable for cross-species gene function research, microbial metabolic engineering, and exploration of bacteria-host interaction mechanisms, especially widely used in environmental microbiology and plant rhizosphere bacteria research.
