pSEVA321 Vector
pSEVA321 is a member of the SEVA (Standard European Vector Architecture) standardized vector family, featuring broad-host-range replication capability (containing oriV replicon derived from RK2) that allows stable maintenance in various Gram-negative bacteria. The vector adopts a modular design, containing regulatable promoter elements and multiple cloning sites, facilitating controllable expression and functional analysis of foreign genes, with a chloramphenicol resistance gene as the selection marker. It is suitable for cross-species bacterial gene function verification, metabolic pathway regulation, and microbial community interaction research, and is widely used in environmental microbiology and synthetic biology fields.
