Glycogen phosphorylase B detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of GPb by monitoring the absorbance rising rate of NADPH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains glycogen substrate, phosphorylation reaction system and coupled phosphoglucomutase and glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, which can specifically detect the decomposition process of inorganic phosphate incorporated into glycogen. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of glycogen metabolism in muscle tissue and liver samples and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
