pBS-ldhGFP Vector 

pBS-ldhGFP is constructed based on the pBluescript (pBS) vector backbone, with core elements including the lactate dehydrogenase (ldh) promoter and GFP green fluorescent protein gene. The ldh promoter has metabolic regulatory properties, and its activity can respond to cellular energy metabolism status (such as anaerobic or hypoxic conditions) to drive downstream GFP expression, enabling metabolic-related visual tracing. The vector contains multiple cloning sites for easy insertion of foreign genes, with both cloning and expression functions. It is suitable for microbial metabolic pathway research, gene expression regulation analysis under hypoxic/anaerobic environments, and biosensor construction, widely used in industrial microbiology and metabolic engineering fields.
