The ion-binding pectin content detection kit adopts the method of combining CDTA chelating extraction with carbazole sulfuric acid, and accurately determines the ion-binding pectin content by dissociating pectin molecules combined with calcium bridge of cell wall through specific chelating agents. The kit contains optimized concentration of CDTA extract, carbazole chromogenic agent and standard substance, and the characteristic absorption value of galacturonic acid is detected by 530nm wavelength. The detection range is 0.05-3.0 mg/g, which is suitable for fruit maturity analysis and plant cell wall research, and provides professional solutions for postharvest physiological research and food texture evaluation.
