The core application value of this vector lies in utilizing the RNA silencing suppression activity of the P1/HC-Pro protein to overcome the post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS) defense mechanism of plant cells. For example, in an Agrobacterium-mediated transient expression system in plants, co-expression of P1/HC-Pro can significantly increase the expression level of exogenous target genes (such as GFP), providing a key tool for the production of recombinant proteins in plant bioreactors and the functional verification of heterologous genes. In addition, this vector can also be used for the analysis of RNA silencing pathway mechanisms and the study of virus-plant interactions, and is widely applied in the fields of plant molecular biology and genetic engineering. The vector is suitable for the host strain DH5α, with a culture temperature of 37°C, and is a high-copy plasmid. The cloning method adopts Ligation Independent Cloning, which facilitates the rapid construction of recombinant vectors.
