pGD-γbis based on pGD backbone, containing Barley Stripe Mosaic Virus γb gene, driven by double 35S promoter for high expression. γb protein has RNA silencing suppression activity, enhancing transient expression of foreign genes in plants. With nos terminator and sequencing primer sites, it's suitable for optimizing plant transient expression, virus-plant interaction and RNA silencing mechanism research.
