pYNR-EX Vector 

pYNR-EX contains YNR promoter to drive foreign gene expression, with SpeⅠ and SalⅠ restriction sites for easy gene insertion, and can replicate and express in Hansenula polymorpha. It is often used as a tool for functional research of plant nitrate transporters, constructing recombinant vectors to transform Δynt-Leu double-mutant yeast to verify target protein functions, and also for yeast-plant protein interaction and functional analysis of metabolism-related genes.
