The detection kit of covalently bound pectin content adopts the method of step-by-step extraction combined with carbazole sulfuric acid, and the content of covalently bound pectin crosslinked with cellulose/hemicellulose through ester bond in the cell wall is accurately determined by sequentially removing ionic bound pectin and soluble pectin. The kit contains CDTA extract, sodium carbonate hydrolysate and carbazole color system, and specifically detects the characteristic absorption peak of galacturonic acid at 530nm. The detection range is 0.1-5.0 mg/g, which is suitable for the study of plant tissue cell wall structure and provides a professional tool for fruit parenchyma analysis and food raw material quality evaluation.
