pIIIAMS2-2 is a basic vector for yeast three-hybrid system, containing MS2 RNA stem-loop sequence (binding to MS2 coat protein), GC clamp and multiple cloning sites. It can insert bait RNA sequences, activate reporter genes through RNA-protein interaction, suitable for screening RNA-binding proteins and studying RNA-protein interaction mechanisms.
