pQE-31 contains a strong T5 promoter (regulated by lac operon), driving fusion expression of 6×His tag and target gene for nickel column affinity purification. It has multiple cloning sites, and expression can be induced by IPTG, suitable for rapid expression, purification and functional research of recombinant proteins.
