pQE-32 is homologous to pQE-31, containing T5 promoter (regulated by lac) and 6×His tag for protein purification. Its multiple cloning site restriction map differs slightly, with IPTG-inducible expression, suitable for high-efficiency expression, purification and functional analysis of recombinant proteins.
