psuper1300-mcherry-AtCBL2 Vector

This vector is based on pSuper1300 backbone, carrying mCherry-AtCBL2 fusion gene. AtCBL2 mediates the localization of the fusion protein to the vacuolar membrane. Driven by a constitutive promoter, it allows observing vacuolar membrane dynamics and AtCBL2 localization/function via fluorescence, suitable for plant vacuolar membrane-related research.
