2×SS/-Ura Broth（PH5.0）

SS/-Ura medium is the same as SD medium, except that glucose is replaced by sucrose. Except for the difference in carbon source, other are the same as SD medium. The components include YNB (without amino acids), sucrose, 17 amino acids, and nucleotide molecules. YNB (ast nitrogen base) provides growth factors and inorganic salts for yeast growth, ammonium sulfate is used as an inorganic nitrogen source, and sucrose is used as a fermentation source. SS/-Ura Broth is a mixture of YNB, DO Supplement-Ura, and sucrose, and the Ura defect in DO Supplement-Ura used to screen strains that can express this component or to activate the relevant reporter gene.
