pBHGlox(delta)E13Cre is a replication-defective adenovirus vector with deletion of the E13 region to enhance safety, and the Cre recombinase gene is driven by an appropriate promoter. It can express Cre enzyme through infected cells, mediating gene recombination between LoxP sites, suitable for conditional gene knockout, gene editing and cell lineage tracing research.
