pNF-kB-Luc Vector 

pNF-kB-Luc contains tandem sequences of multiple NF-κB binding sites, with a luciferase (Luc) reporter gene linked upstream. When the NF-κB signaling pathway is activated, its p65/p50 heterodimer binds to the response elements, driving Luc expression. The activation level of the NF-κB pathway is reflected by detecting luciferase activity, which is suitable for research on inflammatory responses, immune regulation and related drug screening.
